Support
Help for Fickle Allies on iPhone, Android and Steam, from Ashfire Gaming Labs.
We reply within three business days. Include the platform you play on and your in-game username so we can find your account.
Purchases and Full Game Access
Full Game Access is a one-time purchase that unlocks unlimited Public, Private and Practice matches. It is tied to the store you bought it on: an App Store purchase unlocks the iPhone version, a Google Play purchase the Android version, and Steam ownership the Steam version.
If you reinstalled or changed phones and the game shows you as a free player again, sign in with the same account, open Extras from the main menu and tap Restore Purchases.
Refunds
Payments are handled by the store, so refunds are requested there rather than from us.
- iPhone: reportaproblem.apple.com, signed in with the Apple Account that made the purchase.
- Android: the order in the Google Play app, or Google Play refunds.
- Steam: Steam Support, under Purchases.
Account and data deletion
You can delete your Fickle Allies account yourself in the game, or request deletion by email if you no longer have it installed: write to us with the subject Fickle Allies account deletion, your in-game username, and the platform you use. We verify control of the account before acting and never ask for your password. Deletion permanently removes your account, credentials, sessions, statistics, rankings, match history, achievements, Points and settings from our server. On iPhone and Android, only the store purchase record needed to restore or refund a Full Game purchase and a keyed device-registration marker (which stops deletion from resetting the five-accounts-per-device limit) remain; neither is linked to your username, password or gameplay.
In the game: Settings → Delete Account, on iPhone, Android and Steam. Uninstalling the game does not delete an account, restore used Public trials or reset the five-accounts-per-device limit.
Full details, including what is kept and why, are on the account deletion page and in the privacy policy.

Connection and matchmaking
Public matches need five players to start and fill with bots after a short wait if fewer people are queueing. If the game cannot reach the server, check that your network allows the app, then try again in a minute. On a slow connection your character may occasionally be pulled back a short distance while the server corrects its position; this is normal and does not affect the result.
